Assalamualaikum semua... hari ni mau post pasal makanan-makanan yang menyihatkan lagi... haha amboih sejak turun berat badan ni makin besemangat pulak kau ye yanong...

Sepa sini yang poo poo dua hari sekali? tiga hari? seminggu sekali? haha ada kan??

Umumnya, kepentingan poo poo ni adalah untuk membuang toksin dalam badan tu. Hah sekarang ni sebok kan cerita pasal detox, detox tampal di kaki, teh detox, air detox dan detox ini dan itu. Kiranya poo poo ni macam detox in a natural way. hehe

1 HAHAHA sedap kan?? ya ikan... ok ikan ni mengandungi lean protein.

Lean protein memerlukan lebih tenaga untuk dibakar atau diproses jadi secara tidak langsung ia mampu kicks your metabolism. Selain tu ikan ni mengandungi lemak asid omega 3 yang mana ianya membantu mengurangkan pengeluaran leptin di dalam badan. ahhhh alasan semata-mata... padahal ada jak masa untuk buat benda-benda lagha yang lain haha....

ok sejak kebelakangan ni sebenarnya sibuk tengok website-website yang cenderung kepada hal-hal penjagaan kesihatan haha.. almaklumlah, tengah berusaha menjaga diet pemakanan yang seimbang.. diet?? yeap diet la... ok lah mari kita cerita pasal diet... dulu masa yanong (chehh yanong) sekolah menengah, sebelum masuk sbp berat yanong dalam 60++ lepas tu bila masuk sbp time tu form 4 konon-konon berdiet la sampai skip lunch, minum petang, dinner n supper (hah budak sbp ni makan banyak tau!!! kami ada breakfast, brunch, lunch, minum petang n dinner). Masa tu memang sanggup berlapar habis-habisan la semata-mata ingin mendapat berat ideal... tapi memang turun la, turun 50++... ya banyak kan?? tapi bila masuk form 5 BEDEBUMMM berat naik ke 70++ hah ambik kau..

ok pengajaran di sini... bila kita berlapar, memanglah berat akan turun.. tapi dalam pada masa yang sama metabolism kita akan jatuh... ok apa tu metabolism???

Jadi kalau kita berlapar=metabolism jatuh=metabolism kita tidak lah efficient untuk proses makanan2 tu dan lalu menjadi lemak ish ish ish...

Tapi kalau kita berlapar jadi kuranglah makanan dalam badan jadi tak kisah la metabolisma tinggi atau tidak saya tetap kurus...- soalan dari si Abu

hah mai sini cek nak habaq... haha mentang- mentang housemate orang kedah. hai fatin (sambil angkat kening) memanglah kurang makanan dalam perut, tapi sedar atau tidak bila kita mula berlapar dan bila satu-satu masa misalnya keluar ke bandar, mulut, badan, perut semuanya craving mau makan benda-benda manis, dan sedap dan lazat... Time tu memang tidak boleh elak la. kerojenye nak makannnn jak... Masa tulah metabolism akan ambil peranan...

Haha maka dengan itu diet bukanlah bermaksud kita berlapar, tapi kita jaga apa yang kita makan... elakkan makanan yang mengandungi rantaian kabohidrat yang mudah, sebab nanti cepat lapar... contoh paling senang nasi, so replace your rice dengan oat or wholemeal bread in your diet...

I want to do this, this and that.

So as typical the beginning of new semester, I will have a lot of spare time to do my spare 'thingy'. However this sem I spent most of my weekend to travel.  Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru and perhaps this weekend or maybe next weekend I'll be going to Melaka. Nope its not about 'biasalah duit PTPTN dah masuk kan...' Because I don't apply for PTPTN. I am fully sponsored by PAMA.

As usual a Mechanical student is bound by the LAB REPORT! lots and lots of lab report. Every week we have to submit average of 3-4 lab report. Screw us right haha,

So I found this really cool DIY stuff at google and looking forward to have 1 for myself, its started when I want to have a DIY DYE SCARF but it cost me about 30-50MYR. haha and I dont think its worth the penny since u can make 1 yourself. Once again its the time constraints.


Also, if there are some free time I think I want to make the galaxy shoes!

ew Semester. New Determination. Same Goal.

Assalamualaikum.
fuhh it has been a hectic week.
The new timetable was issued on monday and still there is a few errors and class clashes.

ok ni timetable untuk semester ni. tiada kelas malam. wahhhhhh
harap-harap pihak pengurusan tidak lah mengambil tindakan drastik dengan menukar jadual kami yang  lawa ni.

I stayed at Airport View Hotel the night before I took off to Kuala Lumpur.
The price is quite afforable and spacious car park.
Queen bed 69MYR and 2 single bed 89MYR.
Its near the airport but the problem is there are no restaurant adjacent to the hotel so if u are planning to stay here, please tapau siap-siap your food.
The nearest shop is Petronas Mesra about 5 minutes walk.
and oh yeah ask for bilik yang menhadap airport sebab boleh tengok kapal berlepas dan mendarat.
dan hotel ni terletak betul-betul depan landasan kereta api. jadi if u are lucky, boleh la tengok kereta api baru borneo.
kereta api dan kapal terbang? mana satu yang betul ni.
macam ni. dari tingkap bilik tu, akan nampak landasan kereta api dulu, lepas tu kalau lintas landasan tu akan bertembung dengan highway kk-kinarut lepas tu kalau lintas lagi akan berjumpa dengan landasan kapa terbang. jarak antara ketiga-tiga landasan dan jalan raya ni tidak jauh pun. Tidak sampai 1 km.
Jadi kalau duduk depan tingkap tu boleh la menikmati ketiga-tiga permandangan ni sekaligus.

Baked Jalapeno Cheese Fries Recipe

So hello guys.
Beberapa hari yang lalu tiba-tiba terfikir mau masak baked cheese fries. 
Haha sebenarnya nama betul dia baked chili cheese fries tapi mcm xda jak canned chilli
jadi resepi ni diinovasikan kepada Baked Jalapeno Cheese Fries hwehuehuehue
ok first of all the ingredients...

-Sebungkus/1kg French fries.
-Sebungkus Mozzarella cheese.
tapi dalam kes ni pasaraya tempat saya xda mozzrella cheese jadi ditukar kepada cheddar cheese * dengan harapan dia akan cair hwehuehuehue
-1/4 paket Serbuk JALAPENO cheese.
-Sebungkus sosej.
-1 sudu makan mentega.

Prosedurenya: wah macam buat lab report pulak.

 macam besa mesti ada pembantu kan. so hari ni pembantu chef kita ada lah adik Zulfaqqar.
Mula2 kenalah sapu loyang dengan mentega.
ok ni la Jalapeno cheese tu
juga dikenali sebagai cheese cheezy wedges. cara mau buat senang jak. 
masukkan air panas dan serbuk cheese. godek2 kacau2 sampai sebati.
rasa macam cheese cheezy wedges.
harga pasaran dalam rm10-rm15 sepaket.

 masukkan fries tadi kedalam loyang yang telah dimentegakan.
ok perasan kan yang loyang ni pas-pas muat dalam microwave tu. 
microwave kan selalu berpusing. 
jadi mari kita lihat kesudahannya.
