Baked Jalapeno Cheese Fries Recipe

So hello guys.

Beberapa hari yang lalu tiba-tiba terfikir mau masak baked cheese fries. 

Haha sebenarnya nama betul dia baked chili cheese fries tapi mcm xda jak canned chilli

jadi resepi ni diinovasikan kepada Baked Jalapeno Cheese Fries hwehuehuehue

ok first of all the ingredients...

-Sebungkus/1kg French fries.

-Sebungkus Mozzarella cheese.

tapi dalam kes ni pasaraya tempat saya xda mozzrella cheese jadi ditukar kepada cheddar cheese * dengan harapan dia akan cair hwehuehuehue

-1/4 paket Serbuk JALAPENO cheese.

-Sebungkus sosej.

-1 sudu makan mentega.

Prosedurenya: wah macam buat lab report pulak.

 macam besa mesti ada pembantu kan. so hari ni pembantu chef kita ada lah adik Zulfaqqar.

Mula2 kenalah sapu loyang dengan mentega.

ok ni la Jalapeno cheese tu

juga dikenali sebagai cheese cheezy wedges. cara mau buat senang jak. 

masukkan air panas dan serbuk cheese. godek2 kacau2 sampai sebati.

rasa macam cheese cheezy wedges.

harga pasaran dalam rm10-rm15 sepaket.

 masukkan fries tadi kedalam loyang yang telah dimentegakan.

ok perasan kan yang loyang ni pas-pas muat dalam microwave tu. 

microwave kan selalu berpusing. 

jadi mari kita lihat kesudahannya.

nampak ka tanda lahir tu. nampak kan?

ni ada lagi satu. 

jadi adik-adik, kakak-kakak, makcik-makcik 

kalau tidak mau microwave kamurang ada tanda lahir macam ni. silalah tukar loyang yang kecik sikit.

 ok bila rasa fries tu suda separuh masak keluarkan la.

macam mana mau tau kalau sudah separuh masak? rajin-rajinkanlah godek-godek fries tu

sebab lfries dan ketebalan yang berbeza, berbeza waktu mau masak dia.

 slicekan sosej tadi dan taburkan atas fries tu, manakala jalapeno cheese yang telah disiapkan tu.

simbahlah ke atas fries anda....

 taadaaaa ni la kesudahannya. 

ok memang xnampak sedap haha.

boleh la letak cheddar cheese / mozzarella cheese tu.

lepas tu bake untuk 5 minit, jangan lama sangat nanti cheese jadi kering dan keras.

hahaha nampak da apa terjadi sama cheedar cheese saya.

YA dia jadi kering sebab over baked.

Resepi Moist Chocolate Cake Kukus

I prefer steamed cake rather than oven baked because 

a. I think its moister.

b. No need to worry about your cake over baked / scorched / hangus thus no need to watch over time and temperature.

For the cake.
1 cawan tepung gandum
1 cawan serbuk koko
2 cawan gula kastor
1 cawan Air
1 cawan susu segar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp soda bicarbonate
secubit garam
3 biji telur
1 ketul mentega

*kalau xda susu segar boleh tukarkan kepada susu pekat manis tapi hanya perlukan 1 cawan gula kastor.
*kalau xda mentega boleh tukarkan kepada 1 cawan marjerin. Kalau xda jugak boleh tukar kpd minyak masak/minyak jagung/minyak bunga matahari.

Ayak bahan-bahan kering dulu, tepung gandum, serbuk koko, serbuk penaik dan garam.

Pukul mentega dan telur sehingga kembang. Lepastu masukkan gula dan susu dan pukul lagi.

Masukkan bahan-bahan kering tu sedikit demi sedikit sampai la habis. Dan masukkan vanilla essence serta air.

Kalau rasa adunan tu cair, sila tambah tepung dan vice versa.

For topping.

6 sudu makan serbuk koko.

6 sudu makan gula.

1 cawan frsh milk.

2 sudu teh tepung jagung.

masak sehingga likat semua bahan2, perlu dikacau selalu supaya tidak hangus.

saya guna serbuk koko yg ni MAJULAH

sebelum kukus, sapukan  loyang dengan mergerin  :P supaya xmelekat,

cuba menjadi kreatif dengan meletakkan beberapa ketul Turkish Delight kedalam  adunan, lepas ni kita tengok apa kejadian dia ah hehe

haha ok sy mengaku kek kali ni x kembang aka bantat. wuwuwuwuwu ntah di mana salah silapnya.
tapi as usual, i serve in with banana slice and ice cream :P

This is the rumours Samsung Galaxy S4.

ok lets go through features and specs

2GHz Cortex-A15 Samsung Exynos Quad - haha ini really something nampaknya Samsung sedang mengusahakan new features yang berkemungkinan sangat-sangat SUPERB memandangkan ia akan menggunakan 2GHz CPU. 

Baru- baru ni Samsung ada memperkenalkan Exynos 5 Octa-Core (di L.A) at first I don't think smartphone capable untuk run processor yang sepower ni. Tapi samsung mampu menjinakkan Exynos 5 Octa-Core A-15 ke dalam smartphone. Lagipun Exynos 5 Octa ni akan memaksimumkan penggunaan telefon(multitask) dan menjimatkan battery. Yes finally Samsung come out with the solution untuk mengelakkan drainage of battery.

Ok lets talk a bit about Samsung Exynos 5 Octa ni, it is a level of pure processing power yang tidak pernah dilihat pada mana-mana handphone and smartphone.

1. take for an example, awak u are using google talk untuk mencari tempat untuk dinner. u could load that page, lepas tu simultaneously download an apps to make the reservation, retrieve GPS and marking information all in the same time and without any lag and disturb.
2. Samsung Exynos 5 Octa ni jugak boleh display 3D GAMES which is twice as good as any generation of processor sebab this processor has smoother frame rates and the details are more specific.
3. Samsung Exynos 5 Octa ni jugak dikatakan mampu menjimatkan battery life sebanyak 70% this is capable due to the advance of silicon technology yang samsung usahakan.
4. Samsung Exynos 5 Octa ni mempunyai banyak compartment processor, apps yang mempunyai work load yang kecik (seperti 1), akan diagihkan kepada 'the small processor'. Apps yang mempunyai work load yang besar (seperti 2) akan di switch kepada 'the big processor'. Dengan cara ni, akan menjimatkan penggunaan battery kerana xperlu run processor yang besar untuk apps yang mempunyai work load yang kecik. Matching the right job to the right task. That way it will consume less power but offer high power performance. :) Great job Samsung!

1080x1920 Full HD Resolution- ok this is something, even Note2 and S3 pun 720 x 1280 pixels jadi the screen going to be brighter and look more natural and about the size. It is bigger than S3 but smaller than Note2.

Android 4.2.1 Jellybean -boleh custom rom. Saya ada mention pasal custom rom dan beberapa kelebihannya dalam post. S3 dan Note2

2GB RAM - Yeap Samsung definately up to something!

Wireless Charging- Well nampaknya flagship Nokia Lumia 902 ni semakin popular.

About the colors- its expected going to come with two colours only Titanium Gray and Sapphire Black

and the battery, uhh its going to hold 3600mah. This is a great news!

Kalau battery Note2 yang 3100mah boleh tahan almost 1 day with heavy use. mungkin S4 ni boleh capai sehari atau 1.5 days.

Hoho manatau Samsung mau buat smartphone yang waterproof dan dust proof macam Sony Xperia Z.

UHHHH Im going to write a review about that later.

Before I make a conclusion, here is something I want to show u.

Yeap bendable, fold able, roll able screen. 

Is YOUM Flexible OLED going to feature on Galaxy S4 ?

Or is it going to feature on Note 3?

Review: Samsung Galaxy Camera

When this galaxy first release at  Malaysia on November (if I not mistaken)

it doesn't excites me at all.

Perhaps the fact that I prefer brand such as Canon or Sony for digital camera

But I think Samsung try to be creative and innovative by combining camera and android in one gadget

which also not a bad try since people nowadays love to take picture and shared in instantly through instagram(including me follow my insta u can find it at the right side bar hehe), foursquare and also on facebook.

so the thing about this Samsung Galaxy Camera is you can insert micro sim but you cannot make call because it doesn't support for GSM voice communication.

Sebab tu lah kalau kamu beli SGC ni selalunya dia didatangkan dengan pakej-pakej internet dari hotlink, digi 

mahupun celcom.

so lets go through the physical outline of SGC

THE BODY

if you are a guy, the cam look smaller

when u are a lady, the cam look bigger

berat pulak, it is heavier than S3(133g), Note 2 (183g) but lighter than tab which is around (345++g).

and yeah camera ni ada flash.

THE DISPLAY SCREEN

if u want to know what is the difference between Super AMOLED and Super Clear LCD

LEFT: Super AMOLED

RIGHT: Super LCD Plus

AMOLED has a few advantages which it is better under the sunlight compared to super LCD.

and Super AMOLED also use up less energy to save your battery power.

haha sekarang mari kita berbicara tentang kamera.

overall I can conclude that SGC cam's is not so bad but I prefer Nokia Lumia 808 :))))

even sony Xperia V pun xboleh beat Nokia Lumia 808.

but then Samsung Galaxy Camera is not a phone, its a android camera.

So there are 3 different camera settings.

1.Auto mode: the easiest, with 1 click kamu boleh dapatkan the best pictures dah, lepas tu boleh pilih pelbagai photo filter cthnya, sephia, lumia mcm dalam instagram boleh choose terus.

2.Smart mode: the medium, you will have 15 diferrent camera presets kalau dah ada SGC ni boleh lah berlagak mcm photographer professional sebab with help of 15 different presets ni kamu boleh buat effect macam-macam. Bagi yang sakan menggambar tu boleh la beli camera ni. Xsusah pun buat ni, tap tap dah siap. Ada jugak 'night mode' for clear and bright picture at night serta 'continues shots' which take 20 photos in 5 seconds. Also with 'rich tone' xpayah takut bergambar against bright light then gambar kamu jadi gelap, sebab it help to balance out the exposure differences. And it has sunset mode designed especially for those yang suka ambik gmbr sunset.

3. Expert mode: for experto, bila kamu tap pada expert mode ni, akan keluar 'virtual lens'. Dimana bagi yang selalu bermain dengan DSLR tu paham la. Kamu boleh adjust shutter speed, aperture, dan ISO.

dan yang sangat membezakan SGC ni dgn smartphone yang lain adalah

the astounding 21x Zoom Lens dilengkasi dengan lens f = 4.1 - 86.1mm (35mm film equivalent: 23 - 483mm) dan 2.8 (W) - 5.9 (T).

Owh before I forgot. SGC pun ada 'best face' di mana if u take group picture it will take a sequence of 5 picture and everyone can choose their best face. jadi xda la isu mata tertutup, hidung terkembang atau senyum tersenget hehe. and  also the camera record slow motion video. 

THE FEATURES

Yeah wow I'm impressed by the chipset haha and

 also the CPU 1.4Ghz which is xpayah risau pasal lagging dan battery heat.

SCG ni macam smartphone jugak, kamu boleh download di playstore,

main game, surf facebook, play music, videos dan etc

dan salah satu cool features dia adalah the sharing.

kalu bab-bab sharing ni, selalunya kita kena tick satu-satu gmbar ni.

Tapi kali ni Samsung telah mengubah gaya tick and share dengan 

'Share Shots' di mana open Bluetooth >> connect with the device(1 or more).

Then bila dah snap gambar automatically gambar tu akan keluar di screen SGC dan juga mobile si kawan.

yeah mobile, xsemestinya kena SGC jugak.

and yeah pasal managing, xpayah connect di laptop. Macam smartphone lah jugak, just click and drag the photo in 1 folder.

THE BATTERY

I think most of the user will be upset about the battery.

the battery life is limited enough and you guys probably should consider limiting the packet data and wireless connectivity.

I heard that u can only snap about 150 pic or record 10 minutes HD video then the battery will drain out.

*sigh sayangnya. Camera dah best dah, tapi battery pulak slack.

harap-harap lepas ni samsung will come out with new solution.
